At Best-Glasses.com, we do our best to ensure that all the glasses are assembled perfectly and according to the prescription and requirement of our customers. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:5 Days Cooling-off Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have five days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from Best-Glasses.com, for a full refund. In this case we will provide you with a full refund but we would ask you to return all the cancelled items at your cost and in the condition they were originally delivered in. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we will not arrange a refund.
90 Days Money-back Guarantee
In 5-30 days after receipt, if there is any quality problem with your glasses you can return them for a full refund of the glasses.
In 30-90 days after receipt, if there is any quality problem with your glasses, you can return them for a full refund of the frame and half refund of the lenses.
For all the returns, please contact service@best-glasses.com firstly to obtain an authorization and return address. We'll not process a return without authorization.
Please return the glasses in their original condition.
Faulty Glasses
If the glasses you received is faulty, please contact service@best-glasses.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and a picture of the faulty items, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty glasses to return them to us.
Lenses Not According To The Prescription
If the lenses are not according to the prescription you filled on our website perfectly, we'll take the full responsibility. You can choose a full refund or ask for redoing a new pair of glasses for free. However we are not responsible for wrong prescription you filled in our website. In that case, you can contact our customer service in order to minimize the loss.
Return Instructions
* All returns must be prepaid - we do not accept collect shipments.
* A Return Authorization (R/A) must be obtained prior to making any returns.
* We will e-mail detailed return instructions along with your R/A number.
* Our customer service department does not accept any returns without R/A numbers clearly marked on packages.
Please note
* The glasses are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
* We'll not refund the original shipping fee in any case except for you receive your glasses faulty or wrong.
